How it works

  1. Choose an amount

    Pick one of our values or set your own. Every voucher is redeemable against any bell, barrel, or bespoke commission.

  2. We send the voucher

    Emailed as a PDF, or posted as a printed card with a handwritten message if you prefer something to give in person.

  3. They choose their piece

    The recipient books a complimentary consultation with us, chooses their wood and silhouette, and we make it to order.

Good to know

How long is a voucher valid?
24 months from the date of issue. Given our lead times, that leaves plenty of room to plan a commission without rushing.
What can it be redeemed against?
Any Elephant Foot piece — a bell, a barrel, a matched pair, or a fully bespoke commission in any of our woods.
What if the piece costs more than the voucher?
The difference is simply invoiced at the point of order. Part-redemption also works the other way: any remaining balance stays on the voucher for future use.
Can the voucher be passed on?
Yes — vouchers are transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
How soon will it arrive?
Emailed PDFs are usually sent within one working day of payment. Printed cards are posted first class and typically arrive within a few days.
